Dr. Hany Malik
President and CEO

Hany values the power of creating multidisciplinary teams from diverse IT, business process, and human capital backgrounds and putting them in service to solving clients’ most vexing challenges. This appreciation for multidiscipline is reflected in his own background, which combines professiona...

l and academic experience in both business and psychology. After many years in management consulting, Hany wanted to explore why so many large IT projects were failing. He began studying psychology and learning about the forces behind human decision. Equipped with a psychology doctorate, he founded Suntiva, a government contracting firm which, in addition to the traditional technology needs of Digital Transformation, focused on the human and process needs. After x highly successful years, Hany sold Suntiva in 2021. Never content to stand still, Hany founded GovAllies to address the needs he continues to see for technology adoption in government Digital Transformation efforts.

Mark was twice recognized as a Federal 100 award winner for his pivotal contributions to how the federal government acquires, develops, and manages IT. Day served as SVP of Digital, Workforce and Business Transformation Solutions and Services at Suntiva, a highly successful government contractor. Mark also ran his own company providing strategy, technical and acquisition support to leading government services companies and served as MBI CTO, a leading-edge knowledge management and IT services company.

Prior to Suntiva, David was the Chief Financial Officer at Navstar Inc., Johnston McLamb, Inc. and Edge Technologies, Inc.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Strayer University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
