Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Government Contractor to support federal agency clients in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise, project support, and operational assistance to help agencies achieve mission objectives efficiently and in compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical, technical, or administrative support to federal clients
- Manage and execute project tasks, deliverables, and timelines
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
- Support policy development, program management, or IT systems (depending on role)
- Ensure compliance with federal standards, regulations, and security protocols
- Collaborate with government personnel and cross-functional contractor teams
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, IT, Business, Engineering)
- 2–10+ years of relevant experience (varies by level)
- Experience working with U.S. federal agencies or contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship (required for most federal contracts)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes (FAR)
- Experience with agencies such as the Department of Defense, DHS, or civilian agencies
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, Security+, AWS, depending on role)

Salary Range
