With more than 25 years of experience serving federal agencies, mission-driven companies, and nonprofits, Wendy co-founded GovAllies to help organizations navigate transformation and achieve sustainable success. As President, she partners with clients to develop tailored solutions for their most pressing challenges while setting internal standards that inspire excellence across all teams.
Wendy has directed large-scale modernization initiatives across federal health and civilian agencies, consistently focusing on measurable outcomes and long-term impact. Her experience includes launching and growing new business lines at ICF, LMI, and Suntiva, where she implemented optimization strategies that strengthened organizational capabilities and supported strategic growth. Wendy is known for bringing clarity to complex situations and creating practical, people-first approaches that truly work. She’s passionate about delivering solutions that not only address immediate needs but also position her clients for continued success.

Wendy enjoys traveling, hiking, winemaking, amateur gardening and cooking, and bringing together friends and family for a good time. She and her husband are parents to a son and daughter who keep them grounded and remind them what really matters.
